Update July 2022: You can now apply to access all versions (TMED-1 and TMED-2) via this one form.
We are grateful that Tufts University's Institutional Review Board has approved access to this fully-deidentified dataset to the global research community.
We ask that you approach this dataset responsibly:
- Access is for approved users only.
- Access is for non-commercial academic research purposes only.
- Do not share your access link with anyone.
- Do not share the data with any non-approved users.
- Do not attempt to reidentify patients (all images have been deidentified).
- Please cite our MLHC 2021 paper in any published work using the dataset.
Apply for Access
Please read through the official Research Use Agreement below for the official terms and conditions (reproduced in our License).
If you agree to these terms of access, please apply for access using the form at the bottom of this page.
Our team will typically process your application within 2-7 days. We may follow up via email if we have further questions.
If approved, you'll be sent a download link from "noreply(AT)box.com" which you can access via the Box cloud storage service. Your access is linked to the Box email address you provide in the form. Be sure you have a working Box account for best results, and check your spam folder!
Storage space requirements
Downloading the datasets (as compressed ZIP files) requires plenty of available disk space:
-
TMED-1 needs ~500MB total : 50MB for the labeled set and 400 MB for the (much larger) unlabeled set.
-
TMED-2 needs ~2GB total: ~154 MB for the entire fully-labeled set, ~165 MB for the entire view-only set, ~1.3 GB for unlabeled set
You'll need notably more room to store all PNG files after de-compression.
